1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the N.C Auto PDR website and the paintless dent repair services provided. By using this website or booking a repair, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
N.C Auto PDR provides mobile paintless dent repair (PDR) services for private vehicle owners, car dealerships, body shops and fleet operators across Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.
All repair work is subject to a prior assessment. Not all dents are suitable for PDR — I will advise you honestly if a repair is outside the scope of paintless dent repair.
3. Quotations
- Quotations are provided based on photographs and information supplied by the customer.
- A quote is valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
- The final price may differ from the initial quote if the damage is found to be different upon physical inspection. Any change will be communicated and agreed before work begins.
- Quotes are not binding until both parties agree to proceed.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
- Appointments are confirmed via phone, email or WhatsApp.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- I reserve the right to charge a call-out fee for late cancellations or no-shows, where I have already travelled to the agreed location.
5. Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing (e.g. trade invoicing).
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
- For trade clients, invoicing terms (e.g. 7-day, 14-day or 30-day) are agreed separately.
6. Warranty and Results
- I take pride in my work and aim for the best possible result on every repair.
- PDR results depend on the nature and severity of the damage. While most repairs achieve a near-perfect finish, some complex dents (deep creases, stretched metal) may retain minor traces.
- I will always advise you in advance if a repair is unlikely to achieve a full restoration.
- Any concerns about a completed repair should be raised within 7 days of the work being carried out.
7. Liability
- I carry appropriate public liability insurance for mobile repair work.
- I take all reasonable care when working on your vehicle. However, I am not liable for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or issues that become apparent only after repair due to hidden structural damage.
- My total liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the amount paid for the repair in question.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Photographs and Media
- I may take before and after photographs for quality assurance and portfolio purposes.
- Photographs will not include registration plates or identifying information unless you give explicit consent.
- If you do not wish your repair to be photographed, please let me know before work begins.

- While I make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, I do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content.
