About Mobile PDR

What Is Mobile PDR?

Mobile Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) is a specialist technique used to remove dents, creases and minor collision damage without the need for sanding, fillers or repainting.

Using professional PDR tools, I carefully massage the damaged metal from behind the panel, restoring it to its original shape.

The mobile service means I come directly to your location — no need to visit a body shop, wait for days, or arrange a rental car.

Repair Process

How the Repair Works

A detailed look at each stage — from initial assessment to final inspection.

Damage Assessment

I examine the dent from multiple angles, check paint condition and determine the best access point behind the panel.

Tool Selection

Depending on dent size, depth and location, I select the appropriate PDR rods, tips and lighting equipment. Each dent requires a specific approach.

Access & Positioning

I gain access behind the damaged panel — through door openings, window channels, or by removing interior trim panels. No drilling is required.

Precision Repair

Using controlled pressure, I carefully push the metal back to its original shape from behind. A specialised LED reflection board highlights even the smallest imperfections during repair.

Quality Inspection

Using professional lighting, I inspect the repair from every angle to ensure a factory-level finish. The area is cleaned and the result is documented with photos.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Most single dents are repaired in 1–2 hours. Multiple dents may require a half or full day depending on severity.

When carried out by an experienced technician, a properly repaired PDR dent is virtually undetectable. The factory paint is fully preserved.

We require a dry, sheltered area for best results. A garage, carport or covered space is ideal. If conditions are unsuitable, we will reschedule at no charge.

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the vehicle and a suitable working area, we can complete the repair. We will send before and after photos on completion.

Every dent is different, so the final price depends on: the size and depth of the damage, whether there is a crease, the panel location on the vehicle, and your location — as I cover Northamptonshire and surrounding areas, travel distance is factored in. Send me photos and your postcode, and I’ll provide a fixed quote. The price I quote is the price you pay.
